Community
Rhythm & Movement is a joyful group where Pelicans explore music, dance and sound. Sessions are led by partners like Wren Music and other guest artists. We also visit external venues occasionally—but only when everyone feels ready and included.
Belonging
While the group is about fun and creativity, it also demonstrates new, inclusive ways to make music and art. Some sessions lead to performances or recordings, showing how diverse voices and bodies can shape creative work.
Purpose
This group is collaborative and expressive. Members communicate however they feel comfortable—through sound, movement, gestures or devices. Everyone's contributions are valued. It’s loud, lively and welcoming, with breakout spaces available.
