Key Information

  • At the beginning of each academic year, you will be asked via email to re-register your Pelican membership.

  • Once you have re-registered, you will be sent a booking link to the booking page via email and WhatsApp.

  • You will need to use this booking link each term. If you need your booking/ payment link resent, let us know at info@pelicanproject.org.uk. Pelican Project facilitators cannot help you with this.
*Please do not book and pay for a program without confirmation from the Pelican team that you have been allocated a place.

  • If you are already a participant of a specific group, we will hold this space for you unless you inform us otherwise (please let us know at the earliest opportunity if this is the case).

  • If you wish to try a new group, you will need to communicate this to the team via info@pelicanproject.org.uk and we will get back to you.

  • We aim to find a place for everyone at Pelican but not all of our groups will be appropriate for each member.

Communication with Members

  • Before contacting us with any queries, please check the website.

  • All members will be provided with a Pelican keyring with a QR code that links to this page.

  • At registration you provide us with a main contact. We will use this contact for any personal information relating to individual members.

  • At registration you also have the opportunity to provide us with additional contacts. We will share general program information with these contacts. Click here for the ‘Additional Contacts Form’.

  • We will send a WhatsApp message on Fridays during term time with information about the following week’s program. We will communicate any additional information during the week if necessary (for example, last minute cancellations or venue changes). Beyond this, we are unable to communicate about program logistics individually, therefore we please ask that you check your messages. For any other communication, please contact us at info@pelicanproject.org.uk and we will arrange a suitable time outside of timetabled sessions.

  • WhatsApp messages will only be received if you have saved TPP’s contact number (07923373241) into your contacts list.

  • At the beginning and end of each term, we will send a newsletter to all members.

  • Follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

    How to Pay

  • As a micro community interest company, TPP is predominantly grant funded, which is not guaranteed. Membership payments are key to the sustainability of the organisation.

  • Payments are due before the start of each term. Booking and payments for groups are made via the website, using a link which will be sent via WhatsApp and email to the Main Contact provided at registration. The link will be sent at least one week prior to the start of term.

  • There are two payment options when booking:

    (1) Payment at the point of booking using a credit/debit card.

    (2) Payment using a ‘discount code’ (provided at the same time as the booking link) which will trigger an invoice to be sent to the Main Contact (as stated in registration) and the person making the payment. If this option is chosen, payment will be due on receipt of the invoice.

  • Payments are fixed at £16 per session, payable in termly blocks. The booking page gives you a drop down menu with the option to select ‘Autumn term 2025’, ‘Spring term 2026’, ‘Summer term 2026’ or ‘Whole Year, 2025/2026’, if you would like to pay for the whole year in one go.

  • Part-time spaces (for example, attending every other week) may be acceptable but priority will be given to full time members. This should be agreed with Pelican management before the start of term, and the part-time payment is expected before the start of term.

  • We cannot agree reduced payment or refunds for, for example, holidays. In certain circumstances with the agreement of Pelican management, medical circumstances will be taken into account.

  • Any special arrangements regarding payments need to be made with Pelican management, not session facilitators. You can contact management through info@pelicanproject.org.uk
