Freefall+ is hosted by Exeter Phoenix and connects Pelicans to the city’s vibrant creative spaces. Members respond to current exhibitions, meet artists, and explore ideas through guided visual arts sessions. They also access private screenings at Studio 74 cinema and give feedback to real-life programmers.
Belonging
Members’ artworks are shown in professional settings, and their creative input helps shape the Phoenix’s future programming. Freefall+ positions artists from SEND backgrounds as influential voices within the city’s cultural community.
Purpose
This group offers a calm and imaginative space for learning-disabled artists to explore their ideas. Sessions adapt to individual styles, ensuring that everyone is supported to contribute and create in meaningful ways.
